Terms and Conditions :

1. Charges Mentioned are only for "Self Drive" Car Rental, Therefore Charges Doesn't Include - Any Fuel Cost, Toll Taxes, Parking, Challans (if charged by Police), etc. All the Charges Occured Must be Paid By Customer Him/Her Self.
   
2. We-Trishna Tours and Travels never allot any Private Number car i.e. White Plate Cars for Taxi Purpose, We do Provide our Customer Legally approved Commercial Plate Cars-"Yellow Plate" Cars only.
   
3. Customer is required to Produce the Hard copy of Driving Licence and Aadhar Card at the time of Receiving the Car. We Recommended to Provide Photocopy of all the Passenger's ID Proof.
   
4. For the Security of Both the Supplier and Customer, we Need a Deposit of a certain amount which is Returned back to Customer(if no "claim") the amount of Returnable  deposit varies from Rs.3,000-10,000/- (as per the car and Rental period) which will be Refunded After 2-4 Days.
   
5. In case of any Illegal Practice, all responsibility will be of Customer itself and deposit will be Blocked until proved not guilty.
   
6. If any challan is issued by the police customer have to pay it or it will be "claimed" the deposit.
   
7. In case of any damage to the car or to its accessories like a key, customer is Liable for Compensation against All Losses Excluding the deposit. Customer May also be Charged for the Days Took for Repair.
   
8. In case of unnotified hold or Unplanned Holding of the car at customer's place Penalty may be charged by us, and in case of longer period unnotified hold Police FIR will be Registered AGAINST the Person. 
   
9. Customer is Not Allowed to Take the Car in Nepal or Bhutan Without Prior Permissions, Else the Customer may be charged up to Rs.2,000/- Per Day extra.
   
10. In the case of Rough use of car customer's deposit will be Used for the Maintenance/Repairs.
    
11. Customer is Required to Return the Car at the same place from he/she took it,any irresponsibe behaviour of the customer in this matter will not be tolerated and extra charges may be deducted from the Deposits.
