CHAPTER 01

What five nights actually buys you

The overnight split is Chitwan 1, Pokhara 2 and Kathmandu 2. It creates one full day in Pokhara and one full day in Kathmandu. Days 1, 2, 4 and 6 include significant travel. That is why optional additions need to be chosen carefully instead of promised in advance.

CHAPTER 02

Why Chitwan comes first

From the Sunauli side, the first day combines border formalities and a focused Lumbini visit before continuing to Chitwan. With an early start, the sequence can work, but late arrivals should favour check-in and rest over an extra activity. Do not interpret “Chitwan included” as a full wildlife programme.

CHAPTER 03

What to leave out

Muktinath needs a separate mountain extension. Janakpur changes the route eastward. Nagarkot adds another transfer and local access questions. On a six-day road trip, adding all three would take time away from the places already booked.

CHAPTER 04

Group programme or a private version

The fixed departure uses this night split on 28 November–3 December. A private version can change the order, add a rest night or remove a city. If your arrival in Gorakhpur is late, begin the Nepal drive the following morning. Read the complete group page for rates, daily meals and booking terms.

CHAPTER 05

Read nights before counting attractions

The published group divides its five nights between Chitwan, Pokhara and Kathmandu. Only the days between arrival and departure at a base are full local days. A first-day border visit and a final long transfer should not be compared with a full destination stay.

If your priority is a proper wildlife activity, more time in Kathmandu or a slower family pace, ask for a private revision. Adding a place while keeping the same nights removes time elsewhere; it does not create extra sightseeing hours.

CHAPTER 06

Keep the group and private versions distinct

The November group has stated dates, sharing rates and a common timetable. A private six-day request requires its own room plan, vehicle scope and payment terms. The published group price is not a promise that two people can hire the same programme privately at that rate.

Read the linked departure page for the complete day-wise programme, included meals, exclusions and cancellation schedule. For a private quote, send the arrival time as well as the date so the first day can be assessed.
