The 30 October–3 November group is the shorter route: Lumbini visit, two nights in Pokhara and two in Kathmandu, with Manakamana on the transfer. From ₹8,999 per adult on standard triple sharing, with breakfast and dinner. The cable-car charge is extra.

The 28 November–3 December group adds a Chitwan night and uses a different itinerary and price: ₹11,999 triple or ₹14,500 double. Compare the route, available leave and excluded activities rather than assuming the packages include identical services.

Both announced groups start and finish in Gorakhpur. If you arrive from another city, plan a safe arrival buffer, and request a separate connection quote if needed. No direct pickup from Varanasi, Lucknow or another city is promised unless confirmed in writing.

Choose the Nepal departure first, then plan how to reach its Gorakhpur reporting point. Varanasi is your home-city origin; Gorakhpur is the joining point of the two announced packages. The ₹8,999 five-day fare does not include a Varanasi–Gorakhpur train ticket, private transfer or extra hotel night. Ask the desk to price a connection separately if you want help arranging one.

A rail arrival and a road transfer create different timing risks. Check the current train timetable and actual arrival station before booking; there is no guaranteed train number or through-ticket included on this page. If you arrange a private road connection, share the pickup address, traveller count, luggage and reporting time so the transfer can be quoted for the real journey.

Reaching Gorakhpur the previous day can remove pressure from an early group start. Families with children or older travellers should weigh the cost of that buffer night against an overnight journey followed immediately by the border transfer. On the return, avoid fixing an inflexible connection immediately after the scheduled road arrival. The group cannot guarantee a minute-by-minute return from Nepal.

For the shorter holiday, choose 30 October–3 November: two Pokhara nights and two Kathmandu nights, with Lumbini on the outward route and Manakamana on the intercity transfer. For a Chitwan stay as well, compare the 28 November–3 December departure. An extra starting-city connection does not change the number of hotel nights inside either Nepal package.

Send your preferred departure, Varanasi pickup area or arrival plan, the number of adults and children, and your room preference. Ask for a separated total showing the Nepal package and any connection costs. That makes the quotation easier to compare and prevents a home-city page from being mistaken for a confirmed direct Varanasi departure.
