30 October–3 November 2026. Gorakhpur return, two nights each in Pokhara and Kathmandu. Standard triple sharing. Manakamana cable-car tickets, lunches and entry fees extra.
The 30 October–3 November group is the shorter route: Lumbini visit, two nights in Pokhara and two in Kathmandu, with Manakamana on the transfer. From ₹8,999 per adult on standard triple sharing, with breakfast and dinner. The cable-car charge is extra.
The 28 November–3 December group adds a Chitwan night and uses a different itinerary and price: ₹11,999 triple or ₹14,500 double. Compare the route, available leave and excluded activities rather than assuming the packages include identical services.
Both announced groups start and finish in Gorakhpur. If you arrive from another city, plan a safe arrival buffer, and request a separate connection quote if needed. No direct pickup from Varanasi, Lucknow or another city is promised unless confirmed in writing.
Future dates, joining points & booking
Each departure will have its own date, route and detailed package page. An enquiry about a future month is an expression of interest rather than a confirmed booking. Send your preferred dates and joining point so the team can respond when a suitable departure is published.
Before payment, check the exact reporting point, room occupancy, meals, optional entry fees, cancellation band and final amount. The published starting fare applies to its stated sharing basis. Ask for a double-room, child or single-room quote separately.
Both published groups cross the India–Nepal border and return to Gorakhpur. The five-day October trip focuses on Pokhara and Kathmandu, giving two hotel nights to each. Lumbini is an en-route visit rather than a separate overnight destination. Manakamana is a planned stop with cable-car charges extra. This keeps the main holiday focused on the two cities.
The November six-day trip has a Chitwan night and a different daily sequence. It is a better comparison when you specifically want time in Nepal’s jungle region, but a Chitwan hotel night is not the same as an included safari. Check park fees, activities and their timing on the detailed package page.
A shared departure fixes the meeting point and timetable. It can suit solo travellers, friends and families who want to join others, but it cannot provide the same daily flexibility as a private vehicle. Tell the desk about stair-climbing comfort, children’s ages and food needs before confirming that the group format works for everyone.
Check travel documents before reaching Gorakhpur, especially for children, overseas passport holders or anyone joining the trip after arriving in India. Requirements depend on nationality and mode of entry. Keep the official document guidance and the written booking instructions together, and leave a buffer for the return connection.
