DAY1Gorakhpur → Lumbini → Pokhara30 October 2026 · Pokhara · night 1

Meet at the confirmed Gorakhpur boarding point for the road journey through Sunauli. After border formalities, visit Lumbini on the way to Pokhara. This is a long transfer day: keep identity documents in hand luggage, carry drinking water and allow time for the border and rest stops. Check into your standard hotel in Pokhara and have dinner.

DAY2Pokhara sightseeing & lakeside time31 October 2026 · Pokhara · night 2

Explore Pokhara with planned visits to Devi’s Fall, Gupteshwor Cave and Phewa Lake. Enjoy the contrast between the cave, waterfall and open lakeside; boating and entry tickets are paid separately. Sarangkot sunrise, Pumdikot and adventure activities are optional additions that need time and a separate price; they are not automatically included. Breakfast and dinner are included.

DAY3Pokhara → Manakamana → Kathmandu1 November 2026 · Kathmandu · night 3

Travel towards Kathmandu with a planned Manakamana stop, subject to road conditions and cable-car operation. Cable-car tickets and associated optional local charges are extra. Agree the meeting time with the tour team before joining the cable-car queue, so the onward transfer stays practical. Continue to Kathmandu and check into the hotel for dinner.

DAY4Kathmandu temples, stupas & city sights2 November 2026 · Kathmandu · night 4

The Kathmandu sightseeing plan covers Pashupatinath, Boudhanath and Swayambhunath, with Thamel time as the day allows. Temple access rules apply, particularly at Pashupatinath’s inner sanctuary; travellers who cannot enter can still discuss the accessible surroundings. Wear respectful clothing and shoes suitable for steps. Entry charges and personal shopping are extra. Breakfast and dinner are included.

DAY5Kathmandu → Sunauli → Gorakhpur3 November 2026 · Gorakhpur · tour ends

Have breakfast and begin the return road journey, including rest stops and border formalities. The tour finishes in Gorakhpur. Treat the final day primarily as a transfer and avoid an inflexible same-evening train or flight connection. Road conditions can change the arrival time; arrange a buffer stay if your onward booking leaves little margin.

Booking, payment, cancellation & operating terms

Send the departure date, traveller names, adult count, children’s ages and room preference to +91 9792870977. The desk checks seats and rooms, sends the itemised confirmation and shares the official payment details. A WhatsApp enquiry alone does not reserve a seat.

The published group booking policy requires a 50% advance, with the balance before departure. For one ₹8,999 adult package the 50% advance is ₹4,499.50. Pay only against written confirmation and retain your payment receipt. Confirm room sharing before payment; do not assume an unpriced upgrade.

Cancellation must be sent in writing and is effective when received. Under the published group policy, charges are calculated on the full package price: 30 or more days before departure 25%; 15–29 days 50%; 3–14 days 75%; 0–2 days or a no-show 100%. As 30 October is close, check the applicable cancellation band before paying. The accepted confirmation records the terms applying to this departure.

If Trishna cancels because a group cannot operate, the published policy offers a refund of the package amount paid or an offered alternative; a credit note is not imposed. Optional supplier services and changes requested by the traveller must be set out separately. Read the booking terms and cancellation policy.

Road closures, traffic, weather, border procedures and attraction closures can affect sequence and timing. The team may adjust the order to keep the journey workable; additional paid services require agreement. Carry the correct travel documents for your nationality and age, and tell the team about mobility or dietary needs before confirmation.

Questions before you book

Is Chitwan included in this five-day tour?

No. This route concentrates its four nights on Pokhara and Kathmandu, with Lumbini on the way and a Manakamana stop. Choose the six-day group departure with a Chitwan night if wildlife-country time is a priority.

Does ₹8,999 include Manakamana cable-car tickets?

No. The cable-car charge is extra. The stop depends on road conditions, operating hours and time available for the onward transfer. Ask about the ticket budget before travel.

Can a couple or solo traveller join?

Yes, enquire with your room preference. The starting price is for an adult in standard triple sharing. A couple wanting a separate room needs a double-sharing quote; a solo traveller should agree the sharing arrangement before paying.

Where do we board and when do we return?

The tour starts and ends in Gorakhpur. The exact boarding point and reporting time are supplied in the written departure instructions. Return is scheduled for 3 November, with arrival dependent on the road and border; keep an onward-travel buffer.

Which documents and clothes should I bring?

Read the nationality-specific travel-document guide and confirm the requirements for children. Carry comfortable walking shoes, a light warm layer for mornings, respectful temple clothing, personal medicines and a small day bag. Do not rely on a hotel or transport booking as proof of entry eligibility.
